1. Service Terms (Addendum to Apple Standard EULA)

Use of the OmniVR app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These Service Terms supplement the Apple EULA and apply specifically to the OmniVR cloud-based compute service (“Service”). In the event of a conflict, these Service Terms govern the Service.

2. Cloud Coins

Cloud Coins are in-app currency used to consume cloud resources provided by the Service. They are non-monetary units with no cash value. Cloud Coins are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Permitted Use

The Service is provided solely for private, non-commercial use. Account sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or providing access to third parties is prohibited, as is any attempt to interfere with the integrity of the Service, circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions, run abusive or harmful workloads, or use the Service in violation of applicable laws or third-party software licenses.

4. User Software and Data

You are solely responsible for any software, data, or content you install or run using the Service and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and licenses. Data and configurations may be deleted upon suspension or termination.

5. Availability

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or data persistence.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Service Terms or misuse of the Service. Unused Cloud Coins will not be refunded.
